I use a tailored mix of training, massage, and coaching to help my clients take control of their bodies — whether they’re recovering from old injuries or niggles, life changes like childbirth or menopause, or going after a performance goal.

About Me
When I first came to the fitness industry a little over 13 years ago, I was — like most people — focused on looks. I quickly realized, though, that the real issue for many people is feeling better: which can mean building strength, addressing imbalances or pain, dealing with issues brought on by pregnancy or menopause, or working towards a performance goal.
After more than a decade in personal training, I've done all of these things myself, and I’ve helped hundreds of others do them — as well as being featured in Women's Fitness, The Daily Telegraph, and Fabulous magazine.

Strength Training
If you want to work out less and get better results — whether that’s in a gym, fitness class, outdoors, or at home — my number one recommendation is strength training.
With the right mix of of movements for your goals and your body, strength training can fix imbalances, address old niggles, and make everything else you do easier. And, of course, it’ll make you stronger, so you can deal with everything life throws at you.
I teach all of my clients the most effective strength training movements for their goals: and work with them so that they’re able to do them alone, safely and with confidence.

Sports Massage
Have you had aches and pains for so long that you resigned yourself to living with them forever?
It doesn’t have to be this way!
Sports massage is deep tissue massage designed to correcting problems and imbalances caused from repetitive activities (sports-related or otherwise). My treatments aim to enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent further injury.
I also offer aftercare advice on mobility and how to move better so your aches and pains don’t return.
